1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OralFix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OralFix is a mobile application that provides:

  • AI-powered dental image analysis
  • Personalized dental health recommendations
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • AI dental coach chat functionality
  • Food impact analysis
  • Educational content about oral health

Important Medical Disclaimer: OralFix is not a substitute for professional dental care. The App provides general information and AI-based analysis for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified dental professional for diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

OralFix offers both free and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features
  • Pro Plan: Full access to all features including unlimited AI coach, dental photo analysis, food impact scanner, progress analytics, medical history management, and dentist reports

Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly)
  • A lifetime purchase option may be available, providing permanent access with a one-time payment
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase date

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the App (including photos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

  • Process and analyze your content to provide our services
  • Store your content securely on our servers
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems to access the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OralFix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of AI analysis results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORALFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Personal injury or health issues
  • Reliance on AI analysis or recommendations
  • Service interruptions or data loss

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OralFix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OralFix operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
