Our AI uses advanced computer vision to analyze photos of your teeth. Simply take a clear photo in good lighting, and our AI will identify potential issues, track changes over time, and provide personalized recommendations. Note: This is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional dental advice.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > OralFix > Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your photos and personal information are stored securely using Firebase services. We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your photos, progress data, and personal information will be permanently deleted.

Why isn't the AI analysis loading?

If the AI analysis isn't loading, try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Make sure you're using a clear, well-lit photo, 3) Try closing and reopening the app, 4) Update to the latest version of OralFix. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchases (e.g., after reinstalling the app), go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store account you used for the original purchase.

Is OralFix a replacement for my dentist?

No, OralFix is designed to complement, not replace, professional dental care. Our AI provides general guidance and helps you track your oral health between dental visits. Always consult a qualified dental professional for diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice.

What devices are supported?

OralFix is available for iOS devices running iOS 14.0 or later. This includes iPhone 6s and newer models. We're working on an Android version - stay tuned for updates!
